Organ transplant programWe can help manage your prescription and other medication needs while you recover at home after receiving a new heart, lung, kidney, cornea or other organ. We want members of our transplant program to have access to important information to assist in the transition to post-transplant health maintenance. We accept Medicare reimbursement rates, so you will never pay more for your medications with us than you would at any other pharmacy. Clinical monitoring - Our members of the transplant program receive We’ll call you every month a monthly call from us to make sure we have your medications up to date. Free medication delivery - We can deliver your medications to your home or any location in the continental United States at no additional cost. Free medical supplies - We provide complimentary digital thermometers and pillboxes to assist you with maintaining your health. Expertise - Our direct access to a network of clinical experts offers quick and efficient support should your needs change. Competitive pricing - To help lower costs, we are able to purchase supplies in large quantities then which will lower the cost of medications and pass the savings on to our customers.
